Many people are quick to complain but slow when praise is due.  I wanted to let you know that Yuly is a huge asset to Landmark and possibly the best agent I've worked with at your firm.  She went way beyond the "call of duty" to assist me when I phoned regarding my homeowner's insurance renewal.  

Yuly's suggestion that I get another Windstorm Migitagion Inspection done (had one a few years ago) was key to saving me almost $1,000 in premiums for the next year.  I'd have thought that the previous inspection was sufficient but Yuly informed me of some changes that might benefit me and she was on top of her game with that suggestion!
